
Milan, November 25, 2025 - Geely Auto and Jameel Motors officially debut on the Italian automotive market, marking a strategic step in their European expansion. This move responds to the desire to offer a new paradigm of mobility—innovative, technologically advanced, and human-centric. It is a step that consolidates Geely Auto’s global vision, founded on sustainability, international design, and the integration of culture, engineering, and design.
Just as the Renaissance served as a meeting point between art and science, Geely Auto today unites innovation, culture, and human sensibility to transform technological progress into an authentic and accessible experience. Its entry into the Italian market stems from the desire to deliver real value through quality, safety, and a renewed approach to contemporary mobility.
Italy represents a strategic market for the Group’s European growth. This positioning was presented by Brett Soso, Regional Director of Geely Auto Europe, and Marco Santucci, Managing Director of Geely Italia.

To celebrate this strategic milestone, Geely Italia chose the Teatro Alcione, transformed for the occasion into an immersive space. During the inaugural evening, titled “The Masterpiece – Welcome to the Technological Renaissance”, art and innovation intertwined through visual installations that reinterpreted the great Renaissance masters—from Leonardo to Raphael—through artificial intelligence. This imagery aligned with the urban campaign that had animated the city in previous days, creating a bridge between tradition and future.
Enriching the event was the presence of Anna Zhang, winner of the fourteenth season of MasterChef Italia and new Geely EX5 Ambassador. Italian, born to Chinese parents, Anna is an excellent interpreter of a cuisine that authentically reflects the encounter between her family roots and the culture of our country. The show cooking event at the Teatro Alcione was inspired by the dialogue between cultures, creativity and innovation, a gastronomic experience that reflects the brand's philosophy and its strong ties with Italy: a harmonious fusion of different worlds capable of generating new perspectives.
The evening then came to life with a performance by international DJ and producer Ellynora, who arrived especially from Miami. Her set was powered entirely by the battery—charged with renewable energy—of the Geely EX5, a tangible demonstration of the brand’s technological potential.
Geely Auto’s Italian debut was thus celebrated through a narrative that weaves together industrial strategy and artistic sensitivity, tradition and technology, reinforcing Italy’s role as an ideal crossroads for the brand’s new European chapter.
